The soil-dwelling ‘Michelin Man’. A lovely plant with furry leaves that look similar to mint. Incredibly hardy, and fuss-free when it comes to soil provided it has good moisture and a little added organic matter. The tubers are best enjoyed raw, pickled, roasted, or even thrown into a stir fry! They have a crunch similar to water chestnuts. Can be grown in large pots or potato tubs.
