The soil-dwelling Michelin Man. A lovely plant with furry leaves that look similar to mint. Incredibly hardy and fuss-free when it comes to soil, provided it has good moisture and a little added organic matter. The tubers are best enjoyed raw, pickled, roasted, or even thrown into a stir fry! They have a crunch similar to water chestnuts. Can be grown in large pots or potato tubs.
