These terms and conditions apply to purchases made via this website:

Please note that we have a minimum order value of £20.

A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of order and again when the goods are dispatched. A full refund will be given if it is not possible to complete the order due to the specific items no longer being available.

Images appearing on this website are for the purposes of representation only. We cannot accept that the items you ordered are faulty on the grounds of any differences in appearance to the pictures of them on this website.

Please inspect the items in your order immediately upon receipt. In the unlikely event that the items are damaged, faulty or not what you ordered you should notify us by email within seven working days. After that time it will be assumed that you have accepted the items delivered to you.

Delivery of the items will be made to the address specified in your order and it is your responsibility to make all arrangements necessary to take delivery.

Payment can be made via this website using a credit or debit card at the point of placing your order.

Dyfi Plants is not VAT registered.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected by these terms and conditions.

We can only send orders to other parts of mainland GB due to strict regulations for the sending of plant materials and sadly we do not have the capacity to fill in phytosanitary certificates.

As we are a small business we currently have one packing day a week, and so expect your delivery within 2 weeks from ordering your plants.

At this moment in time we are not open for visits to the nursery, however if you come on a volunteer day or in-person course with Huw or Sam at Dan Yr Onnen you can of course then see the nursery and purchase plants in person.

Because working with plants can be an unpredictable business, for simplicity we do not offer pre-orders however we may be able to offer a special offer so do get in touch. The best time to know that we have restocked is to join our mailing list followed by looking out for updates on our Instagram.

We have decided to focus on growing plants 100% naturally without the limitations of going with organic certification. No artificial pesticides, fungicides, or anyother-icides are used on site.

Yes – we allow bank transfers! Please select the ‘bank transfer’ option when ordering, and then we will send you the relevant details for payment. Please note we will not be able to send out plants until the bank transfer has been processed.
